Name this plug ?

Pulled off the Plastic cover off the engine today and found this plug disconnected.

Can anyone tell me what this does?

Its orange on the inside, if that helps much.

Dunno about that one... I'd say it would be a sensor of sorts as the 2 plugs in the back ground of the pic are the crank and cam angle sensors.

Hmm.. Cause as I said it was disconnected, I connected it and moved the car from where I had parked it to removed the front bar and headlights etc. and everything seemed fine.

hey dude its got sumthing to do with your oil i remember seeing it in the engine manual ill have a look and tell u OK thats your oil control valve
