I have installed these already.
Not happy on a few points:
1. I asked if the connector could fit though the buld holder holes, anser yes - in reality no in most cases.
2. The only has a cut out of the TIP P,R,N,D (1,2,3,4) indicators...i.e. you need to reuse you old templates.
3. Due to the design, it very hard to see the needles. Unlike my otehr ones which was no issue...going to need to install the globes also to make this light up correct.
Design itself is actually quite nice and the background looks pretty good, point 2 sortedwhen i taped up the old template to the set and it looks fine, point 4 will need to be resolved. Wouldnt be hard to change except for pont 1!

Hey guys - I bought a set of these (4 spd Tip) but have bought a new car since. Is that an indication of how long this GB has taken
If anyone wants them for the same GB price - shoot me an email (i'll just keep them if no one wants them). I still have the FTO but cant be bothered installing them now.
I have my new toy to play with

I do, but not hard to fix point 3 I suspect. I will rip out the cluster again and re-wire and add the origional bulb holders then see what happens.Richy wrote:Point 3 concerns me the most...!!I have installed these already.

Here are the pics. Personally I'm not 100% happy.
The final dial look - with metal surround and needle cups
The dial with CF surround which I didnt use
Dials without needles lit
With Needles lit and some attempt to minimise the shine through the gaps..
My previous EL dials without lit needles
I have a complete set of dial cluster and volt/clock (although cant find the other set of olt/clock atm...the EL power connectors are the same I can simple switch between each now in 5min.
Does anyone want : a CF surround and I have a spare set of dial rings also...PM me if you want them.
