Mitsubishi Diamond

Post by Bennoz »

As most of you know Im not much on bling, but I've got a few bucks at the moment & am going to do a few subtle exterior mods.

Has anyone replaced their Mitsi diamond on the front of the car with a chrome one?

First thing most people will say is Ebay - but you try & find the right size one on Ebay... they all 60mm wide & bigger.. the FTO one is 40 something mm.

Nah cause the red is sunk into the chrome surround on the stock unit. You'd end up with like a border round the edge.

what, you never noticed my silver badge at Autosalon?
dude your attention to detail sucks!

yep, mine was on flea-bay about a year ago,
but i can't seem to find any supplier info that'll help ya.
pretty sure the size is 34x40mm and
it was a UK supplier that sold them in all different finishes
like carbon fibre & metallics

your best bet might be to PM one of your contacts at FTO UK

Already ordered :)

They are yet to come back to me & ask for payment details & the like, so this evening would be your best opportunity to give them a call (when it strikes 9am in the UK)

I got the carbonfibre one from Funky. Made sure to superglue the little diamonds into the frame though. Very happy with it!
