Lots of parts for sale!

Post by manofwood »

It is with great regret that i tell you all that i have written off my f**king car.

I hit a Ford Transit van that was parked on the outside lane on the Princes Hwy in Heathcote yesterday afternoon.

I hit it at 50km/h with my mum and brother in the car. I was changing lanes in heavy traffic to get into a service station, and simply didnt see, (let alone expect) a f**king van to be parked on a HIGHWAY!

Unrepairable damage with 3rd party insurance means that i'm stripping it to pieces.
The wing, seats, exhaust and front bar have already been called for.

Bennoz, if i cannot find a Mirage to do an engine/ gearbox conversion then the gearbox is prioritised to you.

Car took the impact in the passenger side front, so anything that might be of interest to anyone besides parts abovementioned are for sale, including coilovers again.

Will ship parts as well, depending on size. Located in Sydney.

I hate you all!

So you were the guy that caused the traffic the traffic delay. I was coming back from jamberoo and suddenly got hit with a traffic jam.

You car must've been towed by the time I reached where you got hit. Sorry to hear about your loss dude.

Anyway, got the struts? how much?

Jump in and help out guys, this is a great opportunity to get your hands on some FTO parts.

This car was an immaculate example so all parts are in great condition.

the LSD is in the gearbox, hence me leaving it to bennoz first. i'll have prices up tomorrow after i take it apart. everyone copped whiplash and mother was in hospital overnight with a neckbrace, but all is well now. cant put a price on body and soul.

joejoe, what struts are you talking about?

yang, whats the combo switch? the one that controls the mirrors?
front bar never had foggies, and one indicator was obliterated, so they're pointless.

i'll try to strip everything decent out tomorrow and take photos, accompanied with prices. wheels are fine, they werent pushed back from the hit, but i'll get 'that one' balanced to be sure.

Thats bad news mate, another white Version R down.

Cant remember if you had CAI or extractors / exhaust but if you did I'm keen. Although I doubt theres much left of the air intake from those pics. Probably many other things I'm after just cant think of them now. Oh yeh and I'm just up the road from memory so I can come pick stuff up. If you've got any other aftermarket stuff that survived let me know.
