how would anyone find out if you have the button concealed ? and its not that common for a cop to be walking around your car and tapping your number plate and seeing how its tied down to the car...

How many green FTO's with Bozz bars in your area???

Im thinking if they got a picture of your car (with or without plates), theyd be able to work it out fairly easily. Its not as though you have a white crumbledoor.!

Mates of mine have them on their bikes...... And yes the cops do go around tapping them to see ... I have a mate that has got done a couple of times... Even though he puts his bike in shows, he claims it is for display purpose .... But they don't care....

Im fully aware of the risks involved but also i really dont drive my car a lot. Dstocks i can see where your coming from and quite right, im just really not that worried. i have been driving without a front plate for almost 8 months now and have not had any problems so far, but thanks everyone for your concern

In some ways (ie. the eyes of the law) it would probably be worse to have a number plate that could be concealed at the hit of a button, than have no number plate at all.

Why? Because you have made a deliberate attempt to deceive + be dishonest. and as dstocks has made clear, you use this sort of thing for the wrong purposes and (esp in an FTO) you will be located and you will be bent over.

Well thanks nicolas but i thought i made it quite clear i dont really care, however if i came back aftewards and b9tch and moan about being booked you can all say "i told you so". But untill that day comes lets not keep dragging on about the same point shall we as im sure 90% of the population would agree with you and the other 12 ppl who have made a similar comment

Well i dont know what you 2 are doing to get the cops to bend you over and i dont want to know. if your exploring your sexuality i suggest maybe googling *~delightful!~* cops or something im sure theres someone special out there for the both of you
