Bennoz engine parts for sale

Post by Bennoz »

Guys, its all for sale now

When I pull my old motor, depending on what survived, there's some good go fast bits in it that you might want:

- Ralliart Mild Grind GR cams
- Excedy sports organic clutch
- RPW extractors (may not come with collector pipe...)
- Type A Unichip (Pretty sure AJ wants this)
- 8mm Magnecor leads
- GR Alternator (works perfectly)
- PS pump
- Air con compressor

Then of course, there's probably gonna be heads, block etc if the damage isnt too bad.

Just thinking... coupled with the GR block Dwayne has for sale, you could make up a reasonably quick little motor...

Bugger know the feeling though
I have just purchased second motor 8O
first one cambelt tensior went snap
and current one just did piston ring

I ended up scoring complete vr4 (manual) for $2500 NZ, with side damage but only done just over 50k however wont get a chance to fit before leave now
have done plenty research and if you want to keep twin turbo poss easiest way is to modify mounts to make motor sit lower
Anyway make sure you document what you end up doing to make easier for the likes of myself

Depending on the price, condition and when it's available I'm interested in the clutch. Goodluck with sourcing a motor as well. Sorry to hear about the blown engine mate :(

No worries ;) Yeah, I'll need to check it when it comes out. Its been in for a few years now - not had any problems with it thou.

This is officially no longer an EOI, its all for sale now. Go nuts, seagulls!

And Sam, confirmed the extractors will come as a complete set now, collector pipe & all.

Well, the extractors are currently Sam's... I'll probably sell them for $350.

Bear in mind thou, they are to suit a GR - slightly different flange fitting to the cat.

yeah then im nest in line if sam doesnt want them so piss off
I woulda thought you'd want the cams
How much you want for them? The reason i didnt consider them is i will be going down the same path (6A13) in the next yr/yr and half. Tell me about them, potential gain?

Yeah, sorry mate, but i'll most likely be taking the extractors as they'd more than likely help me spool a lot quicker, by helping the exhaust flow better... Im hoping....

and leads i definately need... im getting all sorts of spark power problems..... damn boost...

Unichip will work with Mivec. Its a piggyback, hence the stock ECU continues to function along side it. All a piggyback does is change the voltages going into the standard ECU & 'fools' it into doing certain things - such as adding more fuel or air when requested.

At this stage, it AJ's. Will pm him to check.

Hey guys,

I've stripped most of the bits off the motor. So far I've got:
RPW Extractors - Sam - $350
Magnecor Leads - Sam - $60
Flywheel - nvr2low - $100
Unichip - AJ - $350

nvr2low & Sam, pm me your delivery details & I'll advise postage.

Still for sale:
GR Alternator - $175
AC Compressor - $175
PS Pump - $100

I also have a mint condition PS idler pulley thats only done 5 odd thosuand kms. Bearing in it is perfect - $50

Unfortunately the clutch was not in good nick... well & truly not coping with nos

I've not heard from AJ regarding the Unichip either, will pm him again. If I dont hear back, its up for grabs.

I am also selling my RPW 3.5kg alloy flywheel, but will start a seperate thread for that.
