new link for the DIY (because the old link died again)
http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=8537 ... b9a8902bda
but you really shouldn't even need the DIY, all you do is: bake the lights to open them, mount the rings in with superglue, drill a hole to fit the wiring through. bake the lights to put them together, connect the wiring to an existing circurt. done.

sorry yang, dont know what i was thinking asking for another set ....
i love them but installing them is not too difficult, but installing them the way i want isnt worth it (headlights sealed back perfectly, AE glued in place tightly without seeing the glue/epoxy, running them into a seperate switch)

yeah no probsft04me wrote:i still want mine but like i said..financially tight still... hopefully next forthnight!!
it was mainly a bump for the thread, i felt it would seem pushy if i just kept bumping the thread without having anything to say... so instead i cleverly disguised the bump as a genuine reminder to ppl lol

don't worry about the blondeness, at least you won't get ridiculed for admitting to it... there's times when i wish i had boobs .. but that's another story lolCassf88 wrote:when you say bake (excuse the blondeness) do you actually mean put it in the oven?
...
that's exactly right, there's DIY on how to open up your lights somewhere. basically you put them in with your spuds and sweet potatos, don't pre-heat the oven, set it to around abotu 100 or 150 degrees, leave them in there for 10 mins or so, and you will be able to pry the casing open. and to put them back together you'll just bake them and press it back.
the reason why baking works, is that the glue used to put your head lights together is heat sensitive. you can do the same thing with a heat gun or that pretty pink hair drier that was too pretty to throw away but kept burning your hair everytime you tired to use it
the only problem ppl have is if they put the oven temp too high (if you are not sure, set the temp low, and if the glue doesnt move after a while, turn it up a bit ), and also using the wrong glue when fixing the angel eyes, use super glue, silicon, plastic bog, or anything else that's rated for higher temps.
.... i think i went over board with the explaining thing... sorry lol

Yeh you get 4. 1 pair is a different size to the other pair....

what he said
sorry i was committing slow motion suicide down at the gold coast (drinking, smoking and being sun burnt), just got home.
what you see here is what you'll end up making with what you get:
2x80mm + 2x95mm for the low beams and high beams
um... obviously you dont get to make my car... and you might need some extra wiring and a switch if you are anal about it.
