Took out the whole back seat and shampooed it.
Smells like ammonia now but at least it's clean.
Also changed the HKS filter over last week.
The thing was literally disintegrating.

Re: What work did you do on your car today?
Yesterday I polished the AIM and redid my engine cover. omg my fingers feel like their down to the bone. 5 hours it took me then I had enough. Pictures below.

Not as mirror fiinish like aza's etc..but a huge improvement over the murky dirty crap..
Serviced the car. Back to using Castrol oils (gearbox and engine). Can no longer here the tappets. BTW IMO Royal Purple isnt very good... Clutch fluid changed. Brake fluid changed to high temp MOTUL. ummmm Finally got the control arm bushes put in.
Today I repainted my calipers.
I still have to redo my airbox..does anyone have a template that I could use?

Lol it's coming along well
you have to remember I spent 50 hours on my one to get it the way it is.
IMO the oil cap is a little over the top. But the rest as I said looks really good, well done.

Yeh the oil cap was a difficult choice. Leave it blue
or do it a different colour.

add it to the diy day list lol
CHRISTIANITY: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Re: What work did you do on your car today?
Replaced used and abused coilpacks.
Replace a blown park light.
Did some general cleaning up of engine bay like removing cut off wires..old contact tabs with nothing connected to them.
Even found an old HID ballast with nothing connected to it wtf.. removed. Weird because the car has hids in atm lol.
Reduced the size of a dent with heat/dry ice trick.
Off to get my leaking droning loud rubbish exhaust replaced tomorrow w00.
