I'm over gearboxes. Here's the question.
When I put the box into 2nd 4th and reverse, when it's fully in gear, there's some spongy give when I put a bit of pressure on the gearstick. I just want to know if this is normal or not. If so, what are the possible problem?

Yep, that'll be the gear slector bracket on top of the box:
