5speed tip tranny, or pay someone for theirs for manual swap

hey, after a long battle with trying to purchase a tip tranny off some company ($300 for one with everything and 6 months warranty) they keep procrastinating and i have given up (still taking them to court).
so, anyone got a 5 speed tip with all sensors and torque converter? or even take this opertunity to convert your 5speed tip to a manual now is your time to do so, i WILL buy a 5speed tip so dont think i will back out half way through your conversion.

nah i dont have a manual, im just saying that it would be like me paying for your manual conversion (well, up to $500 or so) towards it, so if you have an auto 5speed tip and u want a manual conversion, buy the manual tranny now, and as soon as you take your auto out il buy it off you. and il keep in contact with whoever decides to do that (so they know i wont change my mind or back out). but i need it fast, if i cant find anyone in like 2 weeks il just buy an expensive one (so basically loose loose situation really, but yeah, any takers?
