Gearbox parts

Post by Bennoz »

This is aimed at those of you that have blown your gearboxes up.

Does anyone have any gearbox parts lying around?

More specifically, Im after a final drive gear (from the secondary shaft, not the crown wheel) from a GPX box.

I will buy any other spares you might have lying around too.... Currently I almost got enough parts for 3 full boxes now

f**k yeah, forgot about that.

I don't particularly want to freight an entire box of busted gearboxout of Tassie, can you ship just the secondary shaft cluster & the primary shaft thrust washer up? I can put pics of the bits up if you want me to indentify them....

Bearing gave way on the output shaft, cracked the casing and wouldn't find 4th gear. The shafts are in fairly decent condition, may need a small touch up where 4th is. 2nd gearbox I'm not sure about which is why I only want $50 for both

Done, box it up & get me a price on postage & flick me your bank details.

I reckon that much weight in a box from Tassy will be about $200...
