Well, there are plenty of ways to do it.....

If you were looking to simply have it shine through the FTO cutout, all you would really have to do if you wanted to be cheap (and kinda dodgy) is hook some led's up under it, and attach some perspex to the underside of the panel, to evenly distribute the light and prevent spotting.
