err stalling??

Post by phi-tec »

hey guys, twice today, as i slowed down to do a turn, my car stalled and in doing so, started locking my steering wheel, luckily my mate was driving behind me both times, as i totally did not expect it, any thoughts as to why? i know its a vague description but thats all i know, cant think of anything else being unusual with the car, except for after revving high and letting go , it makes a sound like air is being let out of a tyre sort of =\ p.s its a tiptronic gpx

Since when does a isc make a hissing noise? Was the irratic rpm dropping even when you had your foot on the gas? Sensation like someone else was in control?

If so check the connector to ya mas.

Could also be a vac leak.

Its like when a BOV goes off, but it sounds like air just coming out. After I release acceleration. Again, I don't know if that "is a problem" only noticed it after the stalls, which I haven't had a problem with since that day oO
