Noise when turning

Happens when im making a turn...there is a clunking noise and sounds like something loose...like the realy wheel is gonna fall off. Check and tightened the wheel nuts but still no avail. Any ideas??

Check exhaust mountings!
Or for excessive movement in the exhaust.

Could be lots of things...

ok will put that down...any more ideas before I go to the mech to hoist the car up...
