WTB- 17" Rims no chrome please
I'm after nice looking 17" or even 16" rims no chrome though

Bit steep for second hand rims add few more hundreds you got brand new ones

Yeah but those are genuine Enkei wheels from an Evo.
Add a few hundred and you get new bottom of the range wheels which are heavier, not as strong, may deteriorate with time quickly, buckle if you hit a pothole, and for that price you will get the cheapest tires available and trust me you do not want cheap tires unless you drive like a granny.

I have a set of enkei nt03 wheels I'm not using. They are 16 inch though. 16x7 +35
