Wiper Switch and Steering Wheel Cover (Cowling) needed

Post by hj27910 »

Hey all!

I'm new to the forum and just recently bought my FTO (but I'll talk about that elsewhere).

Just wondering if anybody here can point me to where I could get the wiper switch stalk? The previous driver managed to mess his old one up and it will only select the first setting if no matter how far down I put the switch.

Another part I'm looking for is the steering wheel cover (sometimes referred to as cowling). Again, the previous owner snapped his one and it's getting pretty annoying to look at.

Thank you for anybody who reads this! Hope to hear some responses soon.

WTTC :D
You can find a lot of parts from our parts member "dstocks", he operates the completefto site and online store http://completefto.openstores.com.au/index.html or you can send him a PM through the forum message system. http://ftoaustralia.com/v3/ucp.php?i=pm&folder=inbox
You can search the forum for things you need through the forum search system. http://ftoaustralia.com/v3/search.php
You can also try local JAP wreckers, ebay (94 worldwide pages of FTO), gumtree etc.......
Can't wait to hear and see more about your FTO, we love photos here :D
Good luck

Thanks a lot there!

I didn't really expect a response as fast as that, but I'm not complaining! Judging from day one, I've already gotten a fantastic impression of FTOAustralia.
