It'll physically fit but not sure if the Evo IV links onto the strut or the lower control arm.
Rear ones from Evo Lancers do not fit though

if your interested i also have an EVO4 front swaybar, which im 98% sure bolts up to the fto subframe and suspension with no modification
and im selling that with bushes brakcets and droplinks
from the picture it seems brand new and only $20 more then his fto sway bar which is used bar seems thicker, so i assume it is better, prob just ask him to sell to me and if it dont fit il swap

Re: EVO 4 front sway bar.. fit?!
I am pretty sure the Evo IV swaybar hooks up onto the strut like the FTO but you'd need to confirm.
What rear swaybar will you use?
To be honest I think you would only need to consider toying with the front swaybar if you're trying to set the car up for track. Alternatively a stock swaybar + upgraded rear and a set of coilovers or spring/strut setup should be as good as you'll need for street while maintaining a degree of comfort and more importantly be able to keep control over bumps

Re: EVO 4 front sway bar.. fit?!
To be honest I am pretty sure Evo swaybars link to the lower control arm not the strut.
So maybe you'd need Version R lower control arms for the Evo swaybar to work.
I've seen Evo swaybar in a lancer + FTO rear and it understeered really bad

I'm just gonna ask why? Swaybars are cheap to have made.
Or is this a Gen Y - point 'n click - found a website - want it delivered now - type issue?

So by that logic, a dirty great, 12 second, 4 octave fart that make the dog leave the room is... a win?phi-tec wrote:Bennoz wrote:You've just proved my point in its entiretyDaniel2019 wrote:Bennoz wrote:I'm just gonna ask why? Swaybars are cheap to have made.
