TEAM FTO
Hi guys and gals, does anyone know anything about "Team Fto" ? Would be curious to find out about it
Sorry don't really have any info, just bought an fto and there are marks where " team fto " decals have been removed from both rear sides, was just wondering if anyone knew of the meaning. I thought it might have once done some track time ???????????? You can still read it if in the right light. It was last registered in Goulburn in April 2011

Re: TEAM FTO
Maybe you might like to post a little more info on what you're talking about? Links? Where did you hear about this? etc?

Re: TEAM FTO
The stripes were blue, they used to belong to "Kaveman". He and his partner had an FTO each

Re: TEAM FTO
Thankyou, is Kaveman still a club member? Do you know if he did anything to the engine? Now it has cold air induction and a computer chip, and the wing off the red one next to it in the pic is also on it now, well it certainly looks the same anyway. Did it have coilovers when he had it? We used to own 2 as well before we went overseas, Phil had HKS Turbo and I had Ben Lawsons

Re: TEAM FTO
I know a heap of crap was done to the engine, one of the fastest in its day (Kaveman used to race it), not sure what though. Kaveman and Teania aren't really active here any more, but they do pop in occasionally.

No, my contact confirmed it's not the same car.
So, this one has disappeared.
We know where the black one is.

Re: TEAM FTO
Isnt this thread all about silverlady owning the white car and curious about the team fto stickers that have been removed?

AAAnd the fact that her profile pic is the White team fto car, which still has the white rims on it that are seen in the pic ben threw up?silverlady wrote:Hi guys and gals, does anyone know anything about "Team Fto" ? Re: TEAM FTO
Given the original post did not contain such information when I first read, then that is news to me.
How's that cuppa going?
Yeah, you get that.
Don't worry, we know.
