Just to clarify where we installed the led strips. We installed them in the boot, foot wells, under the rear seat and on the doors. The door ones light up the ground beneath when they're open.

Got sick of seeing blue primer and paint chipping off the front of the black bitch today, so I sanded it all down and resprayed in gloss black, and threw some topcoat on after a few hours. Looks alright from a few metres away, good enough until I either get the entire bumper resprayed or just a new bumper altogether.

I'm tempted to do similar with my front bar, it has no gloss to it at all...

Took my headunit completely out, downloaded its manual and face palmed at whoever wired it in.
The battery (constant) was connected to.. the antenna. (My fto doesnt even have one) And from the headunit, the constant was connected to the parking break signal lead.
There was an antenna cable in there that was like 4 metres long, I couldn't pull it out so i taped it up into the smallest bundle I could and hid it away.
From the headunit, the cd changer was connected to a lunk that was taped to earth.
The speakers were soldered nicely though, suprisingly.
So i pulled all the dodgy crap apart and crimped everything where it should be and tried my best to organise it neatly but working through the double din hole was suprisingly hard.
But now my headunit actually keeps its settings/memory.
Next is to pull out a rear speaker thats broken(ish). It works fine but something in or around it is shaking like hell and it annoys the crap out of me
So I'll probably pull the front seats out too and clean the whole interior

You're going to pull the front seats out to fix a rear-speaker issue?...

Yep
I figured since im taking the back ones out, I may aswell take the front out to clean all of the carpet with one of them professional cleaners you can hire
No you would have 1/2 the engine apart, drained the oil, pulled the back bar off and the back rims only to post you can't remove two screws. Hehehehehe.

2 birds 1 stone I guess
While you are there, lift the carpet too and post what you find under there. Most have found something Japanese under theirs.
