Got my timing belt and new Magnacor leads installed today! Also got my other belts done as well, so no more f**king around with that sh*t anymore!
A HUUUUGE thankyou and well deserved tinny pop to Tim (vipfto) for his dedication, time and effort this weekend for doing the entire install, I'd be fucked without you mate!

Finished cutting out dwaynes custom airbox pattern i pinched at the bonfire, but still cant figure it out. (or just
'd it and gave up)
Either way, when i do have time to finish it with dwaynes permission i will be producing a few and selling them off - if this UAS pipe reproduction goes ahead will be a perfect companion!

Also enquired about another wreck about 30min from me.
Guy wants a ridiculous price for everything! has sold almost everything but a few things, of which is a manual cluster.
Think i might move beyond an FTO for my next wreck - still mitsubishi though i think

If speed was such an issue you wouldn't be using scissor jacks.Taz wrote:Coulda got that down to 15min at my houseSahin wrote:Fitted both front brake pads in under 30mins with only hand tools and a scissor jack and jack stands lol![]()

Re: What work did you do on your car today?
I got them from ebay seller from the states.
Thanks to the strong AUD and weak USD, they are only $60 for 6x shipped.
Even cheaper if you're going for NGK Iridiums bkr7eix which are the right plugs for 6a12-Mivec. Only about $50 shipped for 6x !
Will only do them once i decide to get it in for a tune. Not anytime soon though'

Re: What work did you do on your car today?
Some pics of the progress, unfortunately doing some panels in my brothers 70k FPV and my mates 50k SS ute so i dont want to use off cuts
Means the VR wing will have to wait till my next batch comes in.
The upper console is a right pain in the fanny, wont be doing another one ever, and i will be keeping my sprayed one in the car, looks better with my current scheme anyway, probably sell this one. Another reason is i cant stand all the minor imperfections i cant seem to get out. While a normal OCD person wont even notice them, i know theyre there and will probably look at them every 5sec in the car
Giving the door cups a miss. Probably all ill be doing is here, maybe the steering colomn guard as well.
