GPR sway bar links

Post by Taz »

So on the quest to get the car ready by april amongst the list is to replace the links with new ones with poly bushes.
I know the GPR is different, but with search results coming up with screw all im not sure where or what will fit.
First question - will these bushes fit a GPR link? are the bushes inside them the same?

second question, im assuming a regular fto link wont fit, where can i find a set of 4 links for the GPR (preferrably inside australia - i.e. not camskill)

The droplinks for the Version R are not bushes, they are ball joints. Rear are the same as the GPX and fronts are the same as an EVO 3 I believe. I bought mine from Camskill.

So that bush kit i posted would be useless?
Would a GPX with poly bush on it be better than our ball joints?

Yea, it would be useless. GPX also uses ball joints. Only ones that use the bushes are GR, GX and GS.

Would these fit then?

And would those bushes fit into the rear links at least? Even if i have to waste 4 of the 8 bushes (or go halves with someone else  ) if i can fit them to the rears for $20 its worth it

Haha, the mounting point on the swaybar for GPX/GPR is vertical, for GR, GX and GS it's horizontal, as shown in the following diagram.
