Nice vid, but +1 already expected your FTO driving around it. But I understand you can't drive and video at the same time.

Maybe I can help you out?

I intend having a go at it, I just need to get some overhead pics of my FTO.
If I can't, my eldest son whom is currently studying for his Diploma in Interactive Digital Media will ba able to do it after he has finished his finals.

You just need a GoPro on a stick!

I've got one of them. I'd lend it to you, but I don't know how good the suction mount is in zero gravity...
I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!

until then:
1. 2001 Merc-Benz A160 (porta-loo on wheels)
2. 2007 Peugeot 307 TDi (more fun than you'd expect)
3. 2009 Mitsubishi Triton Di-D (a monster in its own right)
4. 1992 Nissan NX Coupe (club car and project car)
5. 1996 Holden SB Barina - "The Nugget"
6. 1996 Jeep XJ Cherokee Sport - The Budget Build
7. 2010 Toyota Landcruiser 76 Series - V8 Goodness... - Build coming soon.
8. 1990 Audi 90 manual - The delightfully dignified daily driver

Obviously you suction it onto the car before you go into orbit.

And when the vacuum of space outside is the same as the vacuum under the suction cap...

*Double post*

I am learning Air Conditioning Repair at TAFE this week. I have a 2 week classroom AC handling license
Today I done...
- Removed and captured the refrigerant
- A leak test with Nitrogen, all good
- Pulled out the evaporator (through glove box space), took off the TX valve and flushed and cleaned the evaporator. Put it back in with new O-rings
- Took off the compressor, drained the oil and refit with new O-rings
- Flushed out the condenser and lines/hoses
- Replaced the filter/dryer (new) again with new O-rings

Tomorrow I will...
- Vacuum down the whole system to remove any moisture, 1 hour with a vacuum pump.
- Add new AC oil
- Add new refigerant
- Leak test and performance test

It is costing me $90 and this full AC service is approx $600-$700 retail.

Finished my AC service today, icey cold air again
Put UV die into system and checked for leaks with UV light and yellow glasses, no leaks present.
Performance test results...7 degrees C at the vents 8)

Sorry to be off topic phil, but that moon video is great. Did you have to travel out of town to get away from light pollution?

Thanks crosso :D
Nah, it might have been better if I did. It was done from my backyard, as all my astrophotography has been so far.
My telescope is powerfull enough to be able to put up with a bit of light pollution.
I might take the telescope out to ZFL45H1's dad's place next weekend for the mini-bonfire though, it would be awesome out there.
*Wonders if telescope will fit in back seat of FTO*
