Hey guys!
Its that time of year where I have the missus' birthday, our one year and christmas all within 9 days!
Anyway, she has a kombi that her parents are fixing up for her but it looks like its gonna be a while and she needs a car to get to and from tafe and stuff so I figured a car would suit. Doesnt really matter what it is, as long as its got a little bit (couple months or more) of rego and runs!
So is anyone looking to sell a car for a couple hundred bucks? (800 ish!) or know of someone who is?
Its a surprise so shh. And yes, I will put a bow around it when I hand over the keys!
Cheers
I fix cars.

I found an old ford laser on gumtree for $1200ish at the beginning of the year,
10months rego,
I offered $700 and got it for $750.
Hasn't missed a beat since! (except for the truckload of oil it drinks)
moral of the story,
Lowballing works

96 mazda 121 in this corner
.
I would have sold it for $1000. Only due to putting in $1000 into it ( timing belt, water pump, full service and new pads............... ).

Yes yes they do, I have 1.3 carby and all I've done is general servicing, the timing belt and waterpump at 200,000 and a mechanical fuel pump.
The timing belt was so easy I did it with dad and it took us like an hour and a half lol.
It does need new shocks bit bouncy but I don't think I'll bother.
