Even though I am not a fan of you particular example, I've always liked these old Preludes.
They have a good weight distribution too and could be made to handle really well, as well as look very sleek.

lol i know my taste is quite different lol. i was planning to take body kit off and start over. i like the shape Bi*ch to work on engine wise, but so much fun to drive, worth it to me

What your looking at is the Cruise control unit,

Great car, i like how freely the engine works and how "torquey" it is for a.. honda. I think that's the same engine as what mines got in it, H23A Non v-tec yeah?
