Re: FTO SP20?
To be honest I don't mind it. It looks like a cross between an RX8 and the FTO though, have you got a photo taken from lower that you'd be able to photoshop the bar onto? The current perspective makes it look too tall IMO.bjk wrote: 1) I'm not sure if the dimensions are quite the way they are appearing here, this is just me sitting at my desk.
2) Not sure about indicator placement, or whether I'll be able to wire up the foglights.
With the indicators, I'd use orange LED strip lights across the top of the fog-light opening, or use a much smaller fog-light cut into the bar with an orange CCFL ring around it. Would look tidy, and just have to wire up a relay so that the fogs turn off when the indicator is on.
I'll have an FTO one day... i swear!

Re: FTO SP20?
A photo of the car or the bar? I could get the bar out of my garage and mock it up right in front of the car I guess, but that involves unwrapping it (again ) And would also obscure the top part of the FTO bar unlike what I've got there. Not much luck finding straight front on pics of the SP20.fraz91 wrote:have you got a photo taken from lower that you'd be able to photoshop the bar onto? Possibly...Astron_Boy wrote:Angry eyes would help...
Not a bad association. I think it looks aggressive enough without being silly. I might see what it looks like if I don't include the rounded part of the standard bar 'mouth' and only have the lower section of the SP20 which is straight at the top..dstocks wrote:Those foggies make it looka little like an EVO

Re: FTO SP20?
I tried what I suggested in my last comment.
Didn't work. Too smiley. Good thing this was an unrealistic idea to begin with.
