Good condition clutch or not so? He said it had only done about 5000km since replaced,????

That's not the clutch.

Does anyone have a clutch aligning tool I could borrow sometime? Is there a specific one for an fto?
Because nothing is faster than a p plater in a commodore.....
except maybe a p plater on a unicorn

So, you found the clutch then?
That's good.

invest in a good torque wrench, you'll need one eventually... like now.

As for the tool, nope.

Looking at some of the threads on this conversion, it can cost upward of $1800 to get this done by a mechanic, :? And thinking wtf have I got myself into lol
Only have one chance at drilling a clutch hole 8O I NEVER accomplish anything on the first go :(

Pretty sure he is talking about the hole for the clutch pedal in the firewall. :lol:

never looked at a manual FTO, but perhaps the clutch master cylinder is the term we are looking for? :lol:

again, unsure of FTOs, but my Magna had an outline where the hole was to be drilled, along with the 2 studs protruding from the firewall and simply needing nuts to secure.

Clutch looks fine. Does almost look near new.
