Installing clutch pedal

Having trouble understanding how to put in the clutch pedal.
I get the part about drilling the holes for the cylinder but where does the top of the pedal actually bolt on? There's no info on it or pictures is there some sort of a pedal bracket?

Now all I need to know is if this is one big single bracket and what does that bolt go into. Bennoz I know you would know this! please help me out when u find time mate ..

those bolts look like they dont belong there... isnt that where the springs are?
