Anyone got any ideas as to how I can align my rear number plate? The mount it's on is fairly warped (most likely from the rear ending before i purchased the car) and the metal's pretty thick so not exactly malleable... Suggestions? It's pissing me off :|

Alright guys... Onto the amazing stage of my thread where the performance of the car actually begins to improve

My goals in the following months are:

ENGINE
- New radiator and thermostat
- Replace tappets
- Polished inlet manifold & rocker covers (I won't have hands by the end of this hahaha)
- Move MAF sensor further up intake towards throttle body
- Replace factory intake pipe with stainless piping (intercooler piping??)
- Get a mushroom pod or something of that size because my K&N one is too big

SUSPENSION
- Get whiteline front & rear swaybars
- Replace bushes & droplinks
- Replace shocks
- Replace springs

I'll have a budget of roughly $2500 to get all this done... Is it possible? Tim and Phil - I'll be needing your help with the tappets and possibly the suspension if pedders try and assault my wallet

pretty decent budget should get it all done
Although I think you're underestimating how many bushes there are on an fto lol

I reckon that's all doable in that budget, as Sahin said there are a lot of bushes though...

Shocks and springs are easily done yourself too :)

3 bushes in the front. 6 in the rear. Per side that is. So 18 bushes all up. Some of the rears you can't get in poly so you will have to buy them from amayamamamama.

Thanks man. I'm actually looking at converting all the rear to GPX so that's saving bushes from the GR anyway

I know there are a lot of bushes, so I plan on replacing the ones that are actually fucked or on their way out (the important ones anyway)

Some of the dog bone ones arent replaceable. And the extras on the GR are for the swaybar.
