Slapped a different set of rims on today just to see how it would look. Missing the rear bar at the moment as it needs some minor bodywork/straightening on the back, but I dont think it looks too bad.
How come the bar I got is identical except for the big stupid number plate mount built into the centre of it.. Did you make a seperate one or is this not your bar?
Edit: don't worry just noticed you have too, but it looks neater once the number plate is actually on there
Because nothing is faster than a p plater in a commodore.....
except maybe a p plater on a unicorn

Not sure of the brand. Will try and look next time I get a chance. I know they are a japanese make and they are 2 piece rims. As for size, I agree on they are a little on the small side (16""). But they were a good price and they will absorb the bumps on the dirt. Cameron can always get different ones later if he wants.
He is already talking about centre caps. Are the centre holes a standard sort of size. Would I be likely to find aftermarket centre caps that would fit?
Ah, I meant the entire face of the wheel (save the polished dish). I believe the centre caps depend on the wheel though. There are probably generic caps available if you could find some the same diameter, but I'm not sure on that one!
They do, but mine are 2 piece rims (have the allens around the outside). The watanabe's definitely have those, but im not seeing those in the minilites or superlites.
