Hi guys,

I have been looking at some options for bodykits over the past couple of weeks, and I was sure on the one I wanted. Now I am not so, I have no Other choice but to revert to you guys,

OPTION 1, Keep it simple.

OPTION 2, Go with the veilside bodykit.

Personally i prefer the Series II front bar (Option 1), as there are way too many FTO with Veilside kits already.

But i do like the Veilside kits when it first came out for the FTO.

I have the Veildside kit (minus the rear bumper and wing) and its growing on me - besides you don't see many of them here. But I'd seriously consider switching to the facelift bumper if I could do it cheaply...

I have the VS kit and while i agree that it is a bit common i still think it looks wicked  Why don't you mix it up? Go for the series 2 front bar and VS side skirts and rear wing, something a little different if nothing else.

personally dont like VS at all. I think the facelift front looks much better, other good options are the bozz speed front or the custom jobs on Mikeys FTO and a few others here.

CSV, the combo you have suggested above is pretty much exactly what I have except I don't have the rear bumper. If you want to see what it looks like, there's a link in my sig.

If I had to choose a combo, I'm not sure I'd pick what I currently have. But it was on the car when I bought it, and its definitely growing on me, although I do like the facelift stock bumper.

sure CSV, here's some more pics
actually it's a standard rear bar with two pieces of thing stuck on each sides, but it really makes the car look sick. Another thing i like is that the guy whom i bought off had the fog lights black. so it's kinda nice.

Hmmm never quite notice it before, but the combo (wheel, kits & colour) you got on your car Akumi goes pretty well together, especially from the side.

Hell yes it does! :D Very nice car, fantastic pics too...Well at the moment im undicided. I keep swaying from one side to another. Keeping it simple has a cost advantage but the veilside looks soo damn beastie... :?

I love the bozz speed front, that's why I got one. Pics of my car atm don't do it justice so here are some others borrowed from a UK person.

I too am looking at getting the Bozz speed front bar.

Correct me if I'm wrong though, but isn't that Bozz speed a custom cut too??

As in they remove the middle "bar" that crosses th e front.

Lot's of space for an FMIC in that one! :P
But i can't justify spending that much on bodykits when you can spend that much on performace parts IMO.... :?

Valid points 8) ...So, how much would I be looking at to buy fit and install all the necessary components for "keeping it simple"?
I no that sound weird but i cant think of any other way to put it
