2nd hello from uk - Paint issue

Post by Noodleman »

I see Blu has already come and said hello, Well, Hi! im also from the UK owners club :)

Hows everyone doing.

Its not just a social call im afraid, I am in actual fact trying to hunt down paint for my car.

I have a steel silver FTO paint code A34, however acording to mitsi here in the UK, A34 doesnt exist, so they cant supply me with the paint.

So i got to thinking, i wonder if those chaps down under have the same problem, or can they get the paint there. Im only after a touchup stick, can you guys put me in contact with anyone?

Cheers :)

I got a touch up stick through someone on the UK FTOOC. THe label on it says MZ101955 (AC-11134). The only problem is that it doesn't match my car too well

What's a paint stick? Is it a stick or is it paint? Or do you paint a stick and then it becomes a painted stick? Or is it a stick to stir paint with?

Buy a can of spray!

I got a match :D I think yours is the same shade as ours? If so I got a match using 100% Dupont paint - the manufacturer of the paint does make a difference :?
