I have and the 7/5 combo, especially now they have bedded in have transformed the car.

Also greasing heavily everything that could come apart when I changed the springs has got rid of all suspension noise.

what rates did you have before you changed the springs??

9/7, same as Bishi.

I think 7/4 or 6/4 would actually be ideal for a road car but Kenny didn't have them in stock to try and wasn't sure if they could be got anyway.

The big difference is that at maximum hardness by the adjusters they don't feel a lot different, i.e. for track use. But all the adjustments down to softest are noticeable different. Still reasonably hard at softest setting but with the 9/7s anything less than half setting just made the car bouncy as the springs overpowered the damping.

Will have to give Kenny a call and see what he has in stock.. Nice one, will save me a lot of messing around.. :wink:
