have u considered talkin to the driver and paying him a couple of gran to just pay his insurance for the 3rd party?
Just offer to pay him a gran or 2 on top of what he would have to pay his insurance.. and 3rd party access for 25+ wouldn't be much at all

don't see how that damage could be done by someone rear-ending him.. looks more like he tried to cut in front of the truckie and got wasted

yes it does look bad to be hit on one side, seems like he was in the wrong eh?? i can't help to think that too..... :x

and i WISH it's a manual so i can sell it for more but nope guys not manual~ update you guys in the future with anything~ see if i am lucky to end this whole thing sooner!!!
have u considered talkin to the driver and paying him a couple of gran to just pay his insurance for the 3rd party?

hey this sounds like a pretty good idea~ but do you think he will turn around and tell him insurance what i am doing?? and i suppose i need to be able to contact the truck driver first....

again... thanks everyone for caring and the advice!! and a special thanks to chris who has been so helpful!!! :D

Thanks X zillion!!!!!

it might not be a good idea to pay the truck driver to lie to the insurance company coz if he turn around u will be in much deeper problem than now. U will be facing court for bribing and trust me that can set u back 10k of dollars. Furthermore, i dont think it will be as easy as it looks just to pay the truck driver to take the blame for the accident coz the truck driver himself might be in trouble with the trucking company or police if he is to be the wrong party.

just my opinion though, do what u think is best and right for u......good luck

looks like the go is sell the parts.

The tip box, sunroof and engine etc should get you some decent dollars. the inside can be stripped and sold - all the seats, guages, cluster, stereo etc. should be able to rack up $5 I reckon but it might take a while. Wheels also, tyres...I thanks if you get nowhere you may need to strip the car and sell it on ebay or here...I think there will be lots of parts ppl would like.

 sorry guys for not replying for such a long time, i have been really busy lately >< sorry sorry~..

and come to decide that i won't lie since i was born i was never a good liar

and about the car, i think i won't sell to the wreckers since everyone is telling me to sell it bits by bits... but the thing is if i sell it bits by bits... how am i suppose to break it down 8O ?? with a hammer???

for those who are interested.... i think i will need some time becos i mite need to contact the insurance or do some research and double check if i still need the car YET cos some ppl told me i mite still need the car....

but i will sure inform you all abt what's happening and please offer me a good price  as i said i am trying to use those money to buy a car to get around....

FTO 1995 GPX
Automatic, 120,000Km (??! can't remember)

as you all can see most of the damage are on the left of the back (DAMN!! could have sell the exhaust too!!)
i wonder if those HID still works, my brother bought it for me as a gift 2 weeks before the crash, i dunno what else to sell but basically everything including the seats and wheel and everything :?: it has been sitting outside my house with a very good car cover for a while as you all know (the cover cost $200sth OMFG!!!!!) so i suppose everything is still the same, i will upload for photos later when i know when i am able to sell the whole thing, so bare with me guys~ sorry for all this
