I fitted my D2 coilover and i notice something really odd about this coilover, it doesn't line up horizontal? I thought i might have the wrong set but i check out other forums and this is a pic of a ST-i one ...
Notice it doesn't line up horizontal? I just want to know what does everyone think and if possible, someone name me a good place to do wheel alignment around parrmatta would be good, don't tell me pedders!

The picture your showing is a picture of pillow mounts or adjustable camber plates, the plates are used for McPherson strut cars to compersate for exesive tyre wear with lowered suspension or for adjusting the required camber for racing aplications.

Akuma wants to know why the pillow top isn't sitting flush against the car... which, as far as I know it should be, I have teins like in the second photo and they line up fine.
Are there any spacers underneath the two bolts on the angled side?
Yep i've got a set of Cusco P Zero R, and they are flush mounted too, so i would take it back to who ever installed it for you and question it.

Nah thay guy said it's definitely for FTO so i suspect some installation problem, is there any good workshop around parra so i can at lease give it to someone i trust to fix it?

pfff drink this weekend & chat anyone? lol
I also have a really weird problem, have check the camber, castor, wheel alignment, tyres, height everything checked but can't work out why my steering wheel still steer to the left by itself, this is before i put the coilover in too ... not by huge amount but still ... can anyone suggest anywhere else to check?

all tyres are new and have like 70% left, already check tyre pressure, camber both front is set to 2 degree which is ok ... have check everything and both pedders and beaurepairs have checked and still can't figure out why ... beaurepairs told me to go back on sat so the mechanic guy can have a look ... it just does it all the time but once in a while it can go perfectly straight, it also moves to the left when i brake too
i mean afterall i would expect pedders to be able to explain why, bush & brushes, sway bar bracket all been replace before ... the only thing we can think of now is maybe one side is higher then the other ...

finally worked out what it is, my stupid castor is about degree forward on the left hand side, need to replace my lower control arm bush ... again, then adjust ...
Has anyone had problems with castor before? If so how did you guy fix it?
