Not sure how big the pipe is, I think Kev (Vice Prez) can tell you that. Cost me $180 (shipping is included in the price). Comes with a filter as well.sublime19 wrote:yea man i was gonna get one, how much did it set u back and i just need 2 know how much bigger it is than the stock intake!! pics pics when u get it please

Mr Wong is right, BOV don't look anything like that
If you look carefully, its a gauge and its a Fuel Pressure Regulator. However it does have PSI like a turbo.

Well it just replace the original intake pipe, so its route basically connect back to the TB. I still have the original air pipe connected and also an extra 2" pipe feeding air from the front of the bumper bar.
More info and pics can be found from my original post

yeah without the guage, some stock BOV sort of looks like a FPR, but it would be much smaller.
And ben, yes my engine bay can cook a decent bacon and eggs breaky, but i usually do some stir fries

The little pipe is for the intake manifold breather pipe. If you do a search on the forum on it you will find all you need to know. It really should be connected if the new pipe has the facility to do so.JOeJOe wrote:The courier just delivered the pipes... I think it's 2.5"
Question, there's a little plastic tube connected to the pipe on the TB end just wondering what that was for.
Another thing, how do I go about securing the filter end to the car chassis so that it doesnt move?
Best thing to mount the filter to the car is one of those metal brackets that come with a sterio. Its a bit of flexible steel with holes in it. The mount to the car needs to have some give in it if the intake pipe is a solid unit as the whole asemmbly will want to move when the motor is under torque load. Hence the bracket needs to be a little bit flexible.
