ive looked at that link, ill translate it later, importing a set may be worth it, to then take moulds, that saves extra shipping costs, and waiting time,
if only i could read japanese haha, save all the translation,
ill get back to it soon, im just in the middle of pulling my door apart as my drivers door doesnt look via remote, stupid sticky motor, haha

thats what i was thinking,
cause ive looked everywhere online, and ebay, and jap sites and no one is selling them, except the odd private seller from time to time,
ive contacted 'STORVE' cause apparently he is selling a pair, but ive had no reply

Ive already contacted them via my Japan contact. That price is what it costs to upgrade an EXISTING set of Project F Lights. Based on the fact that these typically go for more than $700, you are looking at a minimum of $1300. and thats if you can find a set to start with.

The lenses may end up being a sticking point for you. I was looking at making a simple fibreglass insert for existing lights and then replacing the cover with a clear perspex one copied from my Project F ones. Problem is that even for that they wanted $1000 for the first set and I just could not justify to outlay.

yeah, the lenses have got me slightly stumped,
im not sure whether to make a mould of existing covers, and make clear plastic ones, or create some kind of new housing for them, ill work it out when i get there,
i could always take the lenses off the original tail lights, and use them, but that would make the original ones useless haha,

This is what I want to do with my set:
Thought I had an original idea but xj265 sent me these pictures the other day, so I guess someone has already done it.

They are ruined though ... The clear lens is too dark ... What is the point? You may as well just spray night shades on a stock pair of lights...
