having modified a FTO myself for large power gains and knowing the amount of time and effort gone into this car, If it was mine i would garage it untill i came back to OZ.
But that is me, for anyone considering putting a turbo on an FTO they would be much wiser and better off to buy this one and sell there current FTO.
For those that want to try and compare this car to tradeins and common skylines. ( I am so sick of skylines every second car is a *^%$%*& skyline ) sorry had to get that off my chest.
The FTO is a head tuner, it has the looks and this one has the go as well.

If you are serious about buying and want to see the condition of some aforementioned scuff marks, I can arrange them to be taken.
Also, I'm dropping the price down further to $23K - and that's FINAL.

Well get ready for crap load of bullshit from them, cause my mate sold a Supra to them once & the guy try to talk crap to me about it when i was looking at it in their showroom.
I spoke to mikey about this, but he was too busy & i think his at oversea at the moment.
Anyway if you are going, i would love to come along & see what sh*t they going to pull this time.

If you are looking to buy this car from the dealer, check with VicRoads that they have the paperwork for the turbo. It is VERY important that you do this.
When I first joined this forum I saw this car for sale and did a check on it with VicRoads. They had no record of the turbo being added to it which technically made it unroadworthy.
I have no idea what it stands for, but VicRoads need something called a VASS report from an approved engineer that certifies that the work done to the car is inline with all the Australian design rules. Without this, the car is unroadworthy.
VicRoads also warned me, very strongly, that this car may never be roadworthy, as not all cars can have a turbo added to them and still pass the engineers certification.
They also said that a RWC may be issued for this car, if the issuer assumes that VicRoads has the VASS paperwok or if they assume the turbo came as standard and doesn't check with VicRoads themselves or if they're doing a dodgy deal for the car dealer. So BUYER BE WARE, and do the check with VicRoads, because unless they have the VASS paperwork for the turbo, it definitely isn't roadworthy, even if the dealer says it is.
I didn't say anything about this while the car was for sale as I didn't want to cause any issues for the seller. But now that this car is for sale by a dealer, I think people on this forum should be aware, so that no one gets burnt.
When you speak to VicRoads, you need to speak to a special division that deals with the VASS reports, from memory this is the "security" division.
Remember, buyer be ware, as I don't want to see anyone here get stung by this.

Has anyone call up & ask what parts are included? Because at that price, lots of parts could be missing by now. Or they might call it "optional extra"

I have been to check it out and all the bits are still there. There is generaly body damage and the GT spoiler is broken off...but can be easily fixed. Also the tyres will not pass the roadworthy. Also they said it needs a tune...
There is no enginering paperwork for these mods...but I was initially of the impression as long as you have the RWC you should be ok, but after an investigation I agree with Mike1980.
If I can ok it with VicRoads and get a process sorted out I can then go back an make them another offer as I have already made them one which they have agreed to. Craig at RevZone who did the mods belives it might need a break upgrade only - 2k at least!
Based on all of these I will not proceed to many hassles.
