Can it be done? Or not worth the effort?

if they are good after market ones they are worth the effort to have them reco-ed.

they are a consumable...thrown them away.

Go to Centreline Suspension in Thomastown if u want it done properly and ask them for your options depending on price. Talk to Chris.

Get it done right the first time.

If its Tein, D2, Cusco style coilovers, then get them reco'ed. Fulcrum Suspension will do them for about $150 a corner and considering the $3000 odd dollar a set price tag that most coilovers carry, it is worthwhile.

Standard style (Macpherson) FTO struts are cannot be reco-ed. They are throw away.

Try Fulcrum Suspension in Mooroka (near Brisvegas) I know they can do Teins, unsure about your brand... worth a call though I'd imagine

Yes they will actually be coilovers and I'm not just gonna throw them away for the amount they cost.
