Check fuses first of all
then check your dimmer switch.. maybe try shorting the connection to see if they light up.
then take out the dash console and look for anything obvious.
then look behind dash for loose wires
could also be in a relay somewhere.

It's unfixable. Cost about 15 grand to fix.

You'll have to buy my car in the for sale section..

A fuse link went in that case. I suprised anything else worked. Maybe the Lamp fuse link.

will be either dimmer turned down or the Dash fuse.

the fuse is clear in the middle... if the piece of metal is snapped, the fuse is fucked

Ditto.

I pulled out every #$#@ing one inside the car to find them all fine, wasn't sure which I had to pull out and I can't read japanese. >_< Was the first one I pulled out under the bonnet though, kinda wish I'd started there

Or if you can't be bothered to pull them out, buy a test light. You can check all the fuses in about 15 seconds :D

Sounds like something I'd use... if I'd known about it prior to getting on my back and delving under the dash. Altho probably a waste of money  Probably best that I didn't know about it

Probably why I'm forever broke ;)

Resurrection time... I've pulled all the fuses in both the footwell (found a strange toggle switch under there *scratches head*) and the engine bay, still now lights. Oh and I've also mucked around with the dimmer switch... Any other suggestions, and I hope to god you dont tell me to pull the dash apart!! :x
