hahaha to be honest i don't really know if its fiber glass or plastic... i will check it all out and take pics when i get home :)

Sorry no idea how much postage would be, i don't really know how i could package it as well... i could go to the post office and see what they say :)

It shouldn't be to hard to blend on with your bumper Sam, its pretty much add on to the bottom of your bumper (like in screen shot) and if you want you could cut out the middle and have a big open for your turbo :)
