Can someone tell me where the oil pump is located and is it internal or external?Also whats the best oil to use?(1995 non-mirvec)GR.

it sits behind the crankpully, the front crank seal sits in the oil pump housing.

oil - I use 10w 40 on my car, its a MIVEC but it can be used on NON-MIVEC engines.
