Hi guys,
Have a leak in the steering hose -
apparently they are a braided hose and not rubber and therefore expensive to replace (and difficult).
To import one from jap will cost $$$ so mechanic mentioned having one made up (for around 3-$400).
any other options here?

they didnt want to adjust valve tappets in the other articles did they? they're lazy.
if its a flexible high pressure braided line, you can obtain it that way, you just have to look. however, if its high pressure pipe, or brass bundy pipe, then expect to pay that kind of money you mentioned, as it will be made to fit perfectly to your car. maybe you should hit up member overboostin007 for a spare off his front cut parts, that would probably be easiest for you.

Alright will find out a bit more about the type of pipe it is....
or couldl look second hand - but would probably prefer brand new and not have to worry about it again
