looking for the plastic sheet that goes under the shifter as seen here:

pretty sure I have one. Its sort of part of the plastic bit with the plus, minus and other letters in it.

    How much would it cost for the part? And do you think it's a relatively easy job to do?

    THink you will find that the + and - aren't attached to that sheet, they are seperate and can be pushe dout (found that one out d'oh). The shee thtey are talking about moves with the shifter

    No, they arent attached to the sheet, but its quite a bit easier to replace the whole unit than to pull it apart and just replace that. The whole unit is useless without the sheet, so there is no point separating them

      mine doesn't have the sheet. it shattered whilsnt shifting a few years ago.

              No, there are several airbag wheels. The early generation were ugly bastards. Bit like a pregnant version of the one above. The later model ones came in the momo wheel you often see pictured.

                OK, definitely have 2 of them. Not convinced yet I dont have 3. Am missing one of the shifter mechanisms and im thinking there may be one on that as well.
