[Price Check] Stock FTO Wheels

Post by -Nighthawk- »

Hey,
I'm looking to upgrade the wheels on my FTO and before I do this I would like to get a price check on my wheels to know what kind of budget I am looking at.

They are in pretty good condition with brand new tyres on the back wheels and average tyre thread left on the front wheels (proberly need replacing in a year or so?)

What would I roughly be looking at?
Cheers

Hi mate,

I'm not trying to be difficult, but to be honest I think you'd be lucky to get $100 for the set.

Stock wheels are fairly heavy compared to most aftermarkets, and no-one is really keen to put stock 16s onto these cars - like you they wanna take them right off.

The only thing would be the brand new tyres... but again there's only 2 (and most people I know prefer to replace all four in one go) but there again it depends on whether it's good rubber or cheap china stuff!

Hope that helps.

Put some pics up of the wheels and tire tread left on front and back and might be easier for ppl to make a decision.
