Urgent..Tip Box Axles.

Hi guys,
Chasing a pair of axles complete or just the inner knuckles for a 4spd tip box.
Seems the inner knuckles come in a couple of different spline sizes and I have the wrong ones.
Not sure at this stage which is which, but if you post up if you have a set, and I'll do some checking on the ones I'm after.

First up, count the splines on the inside of the diff (may need a torch) then measure the diametre on them

Hi Muman I have a 27 spline: short shaft inner knuckle It's 63mm long before it steps up to the seal dia. I'm 90% shaw your shaft will fit the three way cross.I will sent it free of charge if it suit your box. ONLY HAVE ONE Best of luck.

I'll have to pull one of the axles and check the diff spline to be sure, but 27 sounds like it might be the go as the original axles have a lot of play in them.

Storm hawk: thanks man, I'll pm you my details & send you some postage if it looks like being the right knuckle. Shame about only one, but at least it would give me something to start with.

Haven't got the axles out yet, but I can tell you what it's not. The original axles are 25 spline, 25mm dia (approx)..so it must be 27 spline.

I managed to get a set made up with my outter shafts & 2 of the 27 spline inners.
Finally going again..
