Hey guys,

This is more an FYI (so can be searchable for other people at a later date)

The clutch release or thrust bearing is a generic bearing; part number NSK - 48TKB3202. Available through any bearing supplier.

I ended up buying one from Excedy (not direct, through one of their local distributors in Auto One, Blacktown.)
Probably get it cheaper from a bearing shop, but I thought $30 bucks wasn't too bad. Excedy part number is BRG2221.

Yeah, its usually a good indicator that your clutch is also gone.
