FTO AUSTRALIA

Hey everyone hows it going? I have an issue, i have a sump oil leak. I went to the mechanics & he fixed as much as he could but its still leaking & he said i need to get it replaced asap....he said he'll try find one but it take some time. Does anyone know where to find this "Sump or oil pan" & how much will it cost? Thanks heaps.

PS. Im also looking for the following parts:
1. Hydraulic Valve Lifter - 12 pcs
2. Rocker Cover Gasket - 2 pcs
IF anyone can help on where to find these parts, it would be great, thanks. Im in Melbourne =)

Hey mate,

Sump from dstocks. Very easy to do yourself. Just need some liquid gasket, which you can get from supercheap etc.

1. Lifters, check with bennoz I think he has a guy in sydney
2. Rocker cover gasket, from mitsi same as HJ galant pretty cheap. In saying that I think silver fto has some FS. Check in the FS section

GPX or GR?

Have a spare engine down in the shed. Not sure if the sump is OK or now. Will have to check when I get a chance

i have two GPX rocker cover gaskets RRP is $88 each. Ill sell you them for $80

Thanks. I made a quick call to Mitsubishi in Melbourne & told me it will cost $60 each. Thanks again for finding the rocker cover gasket for me =)

Well yeah my mitsu guy up here quoted 88 so thats pretty good. Well ill do for $40 for one $80 for two. + postage but itll be cheap as like $10 max. Did u need GR or GPX?

Cos i bought 2 and found that mine were perfect so i dont need them. If its for a GR someone will have to confirm that these will fit cos there for a GPX.

cool ill probably take your offer =) but mines a GR. So someone needs to confirm if it will fit or not =) Also are yours brand new yeah?

Seriously even 60 each is bloody expensive. Shock to me.
