Can anyone solve this ???

Hey guys i cant pass my rego without fixing my parker light, blinker works , so far i have tested the light using a multimetre it seems to be working the plug seems fine "new globe ". i've pulled out my guard to check for any open wires but nothing so far.. the fuse box in engine bay seems all ok.. anyone got any ideas ?? here are pics.. i also found this loose wire plug.. not sure where its from .. but cant find a spot where it belongs .. pics below

heres what i noticed with my ones.. sometimes the power cable isnt really pushing in all the way so the plug may look like its pluged in but really the power cable has been pushed out so its not really making any contact.. try pushing all the cables in the plugs.

so your actualy getting power to plug where parker connects? if so then must be dud bulb

2 wires to battery cut out all the system wire check the bulb
Also the light won't work if there is no return so you may be getting power but check the neg to ( multi from neg wire to pos wire )

fixed the problem.. apparently it was a relay.. :oops:
