i was driving on the M4 and it suddenly started blowing hot air, no matter what temperature i set it to.
before it started blowing hot air i heard a funny noise coming from the front. friend said its the ac compressor?
just confirming it is before i do buy it and it actually isnt, this has happened several times, but i hardly drive during the day, but when i do its a pain in the ass lol.

If you lost that belt you woulda lost power steering as well.

Yeah, AC clutch would be my guess.

I reckon its the condenser. If there is a hissing noise then thats its the gas running out. Hard to find a condenser these days and I think I took the last one Dwayne had and its totally in ruins now. But there is good news, my mech says that the FTO ones are the same as the galant ones and costs about 250 brand new. Anyone can confirm that the galant condenser fits the FTO?

Not true, FTO condenser is FTO only according to ASA.
