Thermo fans

Hey guys i have a 1995 fto 2.0 v6 and the thermos seem the stop working i tested them on the batt and they work looked athe fuse box and i would not have clue where to start as it is in Japanese :? any other ideas why there not working?

fuse looks fine is there some sore of temp that these fans kick in at like a sensor thats could be lose?

I know the smaller one has something to do with your air con pressure. The larger one should be controlled by a sensor / computer. I'm sure someone can verify / correct me on the above.

Thermo/radiator fan is on the passenger side of the FTO. It is operated by the ECU. The ECU gets it's engine temp readings via the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor.
So the Engine coolant temp sensor reads the engine/coolant temp, sends the readings to the ECU, the ECU then turns the fan on/off as required.
The ECU sends the fan on/off signal through the Radiator Fan Relay (as pictured), the fan receives battery power through a fusible link (Fuse #13 as pictured).
